The Treasurer is the officer managing property, finances and investments of the university and the secretary of the Finance and Planning Committee, The Treasurer’s office is a full-time position at the Lahore Garrison University. This office provides accounting , financial reporting, financial plaining to senior management ,BOG, External & Internal stakeholders ( faculty, administrative staff, and students,vendors), ensuring transparency, a timely and effective reporting system. The Treasurer’s office manages funds, assets and liabilities, income, and expenditures of the University. The Office assists the Vice-Chancellor in all financial matters. Furthermore, the office ensures transparency in pecuniary matters. The Treasurer office also handles the matters regarding student funds, scholarships, salary, and internal as well as external audit of the University.
